I loved having a minibar, iron/ironing board and an electronic key card. Though some of the staff were not very friendly, I had a lovely stay. There was plenty of food for breakfast, everything was good!

The venue was well-maintained, I loved the location near to attraction places, and sea views. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a safe, an iron and an electronic key card in the deluxe room. Lighting was bright.

Simple hotel, I liked my stay here. It was warm, good enough for celebrations. The buffet breakfast offered variety of dishes. The service was helpful too. Location right by the ferry and Georgetown and shopping centers. It made my trip to Penang an awesome experience.

All good — I enjoyed my stay — food was savoury and my bed was spacious. Superior twin room was fairly new. It was sincerely a very relaxing stay with excellent co-operating staff. Welcoming service provided too.
